Service Overview

We provide AC repair, diagnostics, and maintenance for residential and small commercial systems, including central air and ductless mini-splits. Service availability depends on technician schedules, location, and site conditions.

Appointments & Property Access

Appointment times are typically scheduled in service windows. Someone 18+ must be on-site to provide access to equipment and approve work. Please secure pets and ensure the work area is safe and reachable; we may reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

Diagnostics, Estimates & Authorization

Most visits begin with troubleshooting to identify the cause of the problem. We’ll explain findings and provide recommended options before repairs are performed. Starting work indicates your approval of the selected service and any related parts.

Pricing & Payment

Prices may include labor, parts, disposal, and applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned payments or unpaid balances may result in additional fees and the pause of non-emergency services.

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as early as possible. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service charge to cover reserved time and travel.

Warranty & Parts

Workmanship warranties (if offered) apply to the specific repair performed and do not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or new issues. Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain parts and are handled under the manufacturer’s terms and documentation.

Limits of Liability

HVAC systems can fail due to age, wear, corrosion, or prior damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or indirect losses such as discomfort, lost business, or spoiled goods. Service may be delayed by weather, supply shortages, or events outside our control.
